What to expect
Please dress comfortably and skip perfume or cologne. It also helps to avoid sugar and caffeine for at least an hour before your session.
We begin with a conversation over a cup of caffeine-free tea, so you can share the support you're looking for, physically, emotionally, and mentally. Then you'll rest on a massage table, fully clothed, for the whole session. Depending on the session you book, it may include:
- A guided meditation
- Vibrational sound healing, including an energetic tuning fork placed gently on the body
- Chakra balancing with stones placed at each chakra point
- Reiki energy flowing through a series of hand positions
- A final sound release with sacred instruments around and on the body
- An optional closing prayer with cedar
